Harrison Pediatric Dentistry began as a ground-up development on an open site. The vision extended beyond creating a new practice: the building needed to accommodate two tenants while preserving space for Harrison Pediatric Dentistry’s future expansion.

BuildWise guided the project from early planning through construction, coordinating the site, building design, patient flow, vendors and dental equipment. As the project developed, BuildWise also helped identify Haverkos Family Orthodontics as the second tenant—creating a complementary healthcare destination designed to serve both practices for years to come.

The project began as an open site with a larger vision than one practice alone. The building needed to support Harrison Pediatric Dentistry, allow for future expansion, and create a plan for a complementary second tenant without limiting long-term flexibility.

As the project evolved, BuildWise also helped identify Haverkos Family Orthodontics as the second tenant, strengthening the long-term use of the property.

The completed facility created a purpose-built pediatric dental practice with room to grow and a coordinated second-tenant space for orthodontic care. BuildWise helped turn an open-site concept into a long-term healthcare destination designed around patient experience, practice operations, and future opportunity.
